Shipping to Continental U.S. ONLY.
FREE Shipping is offered on orders OVER $99.00.
All STANDARD shipping orders will be sent via UPS Ground. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.
Return Policy
Any UNOPENED mask/supply purchased from CPAPDoctor.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
The CPAPDoctor.com Return Policy governs all items purchased without return insurance.
CPAPDoctor.com will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer's warranty. If the product you purchased is defective in materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting. If it is deemed that there is a defect, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to CPAPDoctor.com is not covered by the scope of the warranty. We honor manufacturer's warranties.

Return Insurance
Return insurance may be purchased on some products during checkout. This insurance allows the original purchaser of the product to return it for a full refund, less the cost of shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Return insurance is applicable to ONLY the product being purchased. If multiple products are being purchased, insurance would have to be purchased for each product to be returnable for a refund. The 30 day refund window is counted from the day CPAPDoctor.com ships the product to the purchaser until the time the purchaser ships the product back to CPAPDoctor.com. Transit time is counted.
CPAPDoctor.com return insurance can be purchased on qualifying products anytime before the order ships. It cannot be purchased after that time.
CPAPDoctor.com reserves the right to refuse to extend the return insurance option to anyone we determine to be abusing it.
CPAPDoctor.com does not offer return insurance on all products. CPAPDoctor.com will honor all purchased return insurance options but reserves the right to add or remove return insurance from any product at any time.
Return insurance is designed to allow the consumer to sample masks per manufacturer specifications and acceptable usage. Any material changes to the product by the consumer will void your return insurance.
